Common questions

I got a new phone. How do I get my career back?

Install the app, sign in with the same Google account before creating anything, open Player or Team mode, and tap Restore when asked.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, tap your profile picture at the top of the screen and choose Delete account. This removes your account and its data. If you cannot get into the app, email us from the account’s Google address and we will do it for you.

I paid but did not receive my purchase.

Reopen the app while signed in. Purchases that did not finish are delivered on the next launch. If it still has not arrived, email us with your receipt’s order number.
